New claim number + immigration, health care and other resources for members

Questions about a claim with the Alliance? We have a number for that!

If you have questions about or need help with filing a claim, call Claims Customer Service at 831-430-5503. The Claims Department is open Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Immigration and health care resources for members

We understand that some providers and members may have questions or concerns about possible changes to immigration and health care rules. We’re here to help providers and members navigate these questions.

We want providers and members to know:

  • Medi-Cal is still open for everyone who is eligible.
  • Nothing has changed about who can get Medi-Cal or what it covers.
  • Members should continue seeing their doctors to get the care they need.

Low-cost internet program available for members!

A new program called Internet For All Now  could help members  access low-cost home internet. Having an internet connection is important for school, work and doctor’s visits. Please share information about this program with our members!

Members might qualify for low-cost home internet if they are part of programs like:

  • Medi-Cal.
  • National School Lunch Program (NSLP).
  • Pell Grant.

Providers can direct members to the Internet For All Now website to find out if they are eligible for the program.

If members would like to sign up for the program or have questions, they can call the program’s Call Center at 888-559-0242.
